CF Industries To Spend $12m On Hazardous Waste Management At Florida Plant

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Justice Department have said that CF Industries has agreed to spend approximately $12m on the reduction and management of hazardous wastes at its phosphoric acid and ammoniated fertilizer manufacturing facility in Florida, thereby resolving the company’s alleged violation of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

Washington University to pay penalty to settle hazardous waste management issues
