When a landmark building in Nottingham required the replacement of its fabric tensile roof covering, the subcontractor tasked with this critical work turned to the expertise of Hoist & Winch Ltd for the roof lowering and lifting solution. The eye-catching building, a former HMRC complex similar in design to London’s O2 Arena, is today part of Nottingham University’s Castle Meadow Campus. The leaking tensile roof covering had reached the end of its 30-year lifespan and required replacement.
