Environmental Water Systems (UK) adds strength to its service offering by welcoming James Hallatt as Service Business Development Manager.
James Hallatt recently joined Environmental Water Systems (UK), a division of The Envirogen Group as Service Business Development Manager.
With over 17 years experience in the water purification and treatment market on both customer and supplier side, James brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understands the varied service requirements of customers with standard or complex water treatment processes.
Working for market leaders his experience includes roles such as:
- Field Service Engineer working throughout the UK, Europe and Australia commissioning and maintaining mobile and BOOM water treatment applications.
- Operations Support Engineer managing the logistics, movement and work instructions of 30+ field engineers whilst also liaising with customers to ensure that high standards and contractual commitments were achieved and maintained.
James will now bring that experience and knowledge to EWS and will take the PureCare Service range and its excellent levels of service to a wider market.
With a passion for exceeding customers expectations James says “it is my aim to build professional working relationships with our customers, understanding the issues and pressures they face, particularly in the current climate.
