Celeros Flow Technology has been launched as a standalone company following the divestiture by SPX FLOW, Inc. of its Power & Energy division to an affiliate of funds managed by private equity company Apollo Global Management, Inc. 

Commenting on the launch of the new company José Larios, CEO of Celeros Flow Technology, says:

“Celeros Flow Technology has been established with the objective of radically altering the flow technology landscape. Our aim is to serve as a full-lifecycle optimization partner and as an experienced advisor to our customers on all matters concerning the world’s critical flow systems. 

Hereford Glass Fibre was founded in 1986 and began by manufacturing seagoing expedition and sprint racing kayaks. Since then the company has continued to diversify into closed mould technology including resin transfer moulding (RTM) processes, Vacuum Assist Resin Injection (VARI), Vacupress (vacuum closed moulding) and polyurethane foam systems.

MSC Industrial Supply Co. (MSC), a leading national supplier of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services, has been appointed by Tenmat Advanced Materials (Tenmat), a global manufacturer of high-performance advanced materials and components.

Their latest donation has seen the company donate 130 kilos of polypropylene coil to Stamford School in Lincolnshire, UK, where Design Technology teachers are voluntarily manufacturing 1,000 protective face masks a day.
