Andrew Gager is an industry-recognized expert in manufacturing best practices, maintenance and reliability systems, and supply chain optimization. With over two decades of leadership experience ranging from shop floor operations to plant management, Andrew brings a wealth of practical and strategic knowledge to every engagement.
For the past 20+ years, he has worked extensively with maintenance and reliability (M&R) organizations across diverse industries including manufacturing, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and transportation. His specialties include Operational Excellence (OpEx), reliability-centered solutions, and materials management.
Andrew holds multiple certifications, including Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified in Planning & Inventory Management (CPIM), and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). A dynamic and engaging speaker, he is frequently invited to present at industry events and contributes regularly to leading trade publications.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Operations Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Welcome to our web site of courses for those tasked with the challenge of improving manufacturing performance.
DAK courses are designed to support the transfer of new ideas back to the workplace using practical workplace learning projects. Workplace learning projects provide immediate feedback which helps to surface barriers (real and imagined) overcome problems, refine ideas and progress them further.
Each course content includes activities to develop personal 90 day action plans to apply this “workplace learning” approach so that those impacted by the change have the opportunity to understand the benefits first hand, reflect on the changes needed and learn how to adopt the new approach into their work routines.
