BVC have design and installed a central vacuum cleaning/ bulk removal system for an international food processing company.
The system removes beans, hulls and flaked materials conveying them to a filter separator via a rotary valve, discharging them into the waste product skip.
This enables operators to use hoses and tools for general heavy industrial vacuum cleaning.
This is one of a number BVC have recently installed others include a UK power station handling coal, a recycling plant where cars are reduced to their original materials and a facility which produces gypsum.
