As well as the current ability to schedule project work, planned and reactive maintenance, the new Scheduler release opens up the ability to manage Holiday Requests and manage them against holiday allowances in the HR file.
Create unlimited work types and colour code them to your own preference with to easily identify the types and loading.
Easily attach multiple Resources to a task or part of a project and report back on expected v actual time spent.
New Mobile Release Features
In these fluid and challenging times, Clockwork have released the new Form Builder version allowing you to design and link specific forms to job types and have them appear in the next synch with the Clockwork mobile app. Manage the flow within the form with dependency logic to make items appear or disappear as the user flows through the forms. Grab readings and set tolerance alerts for non-compliance.
Grab photos, signatures, add new jobs, place on hold, add consumable costs to a job and collect time sheet data directly and accurately. Lone Worker module will also ensure you monitor the wellbeing of your staff when working alone on site.
Financial Integration
Version 21 sees even more integration with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and SAP with push and pull features into sales ledger and purchase ledger as well as order processing from external systems, automatically creating Jobs within Clockwork 21 through enhanced API functions.
