The online conference will show how businesses of all sizes can improve the way they deliver products and services on a daily basis as well as identifying opportunities for growth.

Carbon Online Conference & Exhibition

Similarly, the Carbon Online Conference & Exhibition - July 23rd 2020 – will facilitate a gathering of like-minded industry experts and stakeholders to offer participants a unique opportunity to hear insights into current projects underway and future plans and policies that are intended to deliver the results required under Ireland’s Climate Action Plan decarbonisation pathway to 2030, which would be consistent with the adoption of a net zero target by 2050. The event will attempt to promote a better understanding of the key issues facing Ireland and its economy. Participants will also hear about new technology, innovations and best practice in responsible sourcing.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Ireland

The Manufacturing & Supply Chain Ireland Online Conference & Exhibition - August 5th 2020 –will address the long-term implications of the Covid-19 pandemic for the manufacturing and supply chain sector in Ireland. This online event will bring together all of the key stakeholders from industry, Government and academia to help manufacturers to understand which parts of the social, business and political environment will change in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and how to invest accordingly to prepare for the ‘new normal’.

Key topics to be covered include: Revival of (Automated) Domestic Manufacturing; Decoupling of Supply Chains; Data Infrastructure as a Strategic Asset; Digitization as a Competitive Advantage; and Remote Work, Collaboration and the ‘Virtual Shift’. The Manufacturing & Supply Chain Ireland Online Conference & Exhibition will highlight the key trends and challenges facing the industry, while also offering practical solutions, as well as showcasing the latest innovations, developments in best practice and new technological advances.

The Smart Food Factory

The Smart Food Factory Online Conference & Exhibition - September 10th 2020 – will highlight how the food and beverage processing industry is uniquely position to take full advantage of the benefits of digitization. In simple terms, digitalization means optimizing business processes through the adoption of a host of new digital technologies, such as big data analytics, IT/OT convergence, digital twin, artificial intelligence, 3D printing and robotics. Elements of digitalization (or digital transformation or Industry 4.0) are applicable across the full spectrum of food and beverage manufacturing. Indeed, food and beverage manufacturers must consider such factors when deciding on investment in new processing and packaging technology, in order to achieve a consistently high level of product quality, maximum plant availability, optimum resource efficiency, and, increasingly, the greatest possible flexibility in order to meet more and more individual customer requirements.

The Smart Food Factory Online Conference & Exhibition will investigate what future food factories will look like and how current issues should be addressed to realise this vision. The event will include speakers on the following areas: Factory design and equipment of the future; Recipe Management; Industry 4.0; Digitization; Engineering/Automation/Robotics; Information Technology; Future manufacturing practices; Cooking, Chilling & Freezing; Supply Chain Optimisation; Lean & Continuous Improvement; Traceability; Packaging Machinery & Materials; Sustainability – Water – Energy – Waste; and Laboratory Technology.
