A 38-year-old man died after he became trapped in a machine at an engineering firm in Greater Manchester.
The man was trying to fix machinery at Fairey Engineering in Heaton Chapel on Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters and ambulance crews were called out when the man became trapped at the plant on Crossley Road.
But he had suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead. A Health and Safety Executive investigation is under way.
Greater Manchester Police said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
