Guyson International (Stand S76) will be showcasing their range of industrial finishing equipment at the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics exhibition, to be held at Farnborough on the 13th and 14th February 2013. Machines shown will include representative equipment covering Guyson's blast, ultrasonic and spray wash equipment.

Blast equipment will include a premier quality Euroblast cabinet and a micro tipped Pencil Blaster – ideal for localised conformal coating removal, spot blasting and cleaning. Seven sizes of Euroblast cabinets are available and cabinet variations include sit-down and variable height options and cabinets up to two metre square for larger components.

There will also be an example of a robot blast system, demonstrating the principles of robotically controlled blasting. With this display Guyson will convey the benefits robotic grit blasting and shot peening can bring to high value precision engineering components such as aero and land based turbine blades, medical implants and motor sport parts.

Guyson's Kerry ultrasonic equipment will include the Kerry UCR 450 aqueous ultrasonic clean and rinse system providing a heated ultrasonic cleaning tank, an immersion rinse tank weiring to drain, and a hand held spray for final rinse. The standard UCR cleaning system is available with a maximum tank capacity of 117 litres, all constructed of 316L polished stainless steel for durability; larger versions can be built to order. Also shown will be a selection of sizes of Kerry ultrasonic baths; all capable of precision cleaning.
