Sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and many other toxic environmental pollutants can now be easily and accurately detected thanks to a new infrared camera developed by scientists at The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid’s Laboratorio del Infrarrojo (LIR).
