Watkins Hire Events are delighted to announce the appointment Steve Platt

Steve has spent fifteen years in the Events temperature control & event power industry and is regarded as an events specialist. Steve has worked for Event temperature control & power companies including Verhoeven, Energyst and Acclimatise.

Following a brief period working in Australia Steve has joined Watkins Hire Events as Project Manager of their Events Heating Cooling and Power Division. Managing Director Mark Hills stated “I am very pleased that Steve has joined us. He is a very well respected individual throughout the events industry and has worked on many of Europe's largest events. As a leading force in events air conditioning, event heating and event power we are looking forward to expanding our services and product ranges and Steve's appointment is an important factor in our future growth strategy”.
