Yesterday, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa P. Jackson completed her first official visit to China. While on the ground, she signed a memorandum of understanding with her counterpart, Minister Zhou Shengxian, from China's Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP).
