Southwall Technologies, a developer of energy-saving films and glass products that improve the energy efficiency of buildings, homes and vehicles, has acquired 70% majority interest in Chicago-based Southwall Insulating Glass with Ron Spielman, president of Solutions Windows & Doors, continuing as a partner in the joint venture.
