Lemnis Lighting, the maker of the LED retrofit bulb Pharox, has entered into an agreement with Beijing-based Tsinghua Tongfang to form a joint venture, which will focus its sales and marketing efforts on China and the global market utilizing the respective distribution channels of both shareholders.
