At the Milch-Union Hocheifel eG in Pronsfeld they are proud of over 40 years experience in milk processing. More than 700 employees refine more than one billion kilograms of raw milk annually into delicious milk products.

With more than 2700 farms of the Hocheifel region and the nearby regions of Belgium and Luxemburg and a sympathic registered trade mark, well-known in Germany and wide parts of Europe, MUH stands for highest quality in accordance with producers and customers.

To guarantee the high standards of quality for the future, a twodigit millions amount is annually invested in the Pronsfeld facility. In 2010 for example the steam generation centre was extended by a further boiler.

The experienced plant constructor HSK Rohrleitungsbau was the client for dreizler® ordering 2 x marathon®M10001.2oxygenplus. These two high efficient burners heat a new double fire tube boiler of LOOS with a capacity of 28 to and 20 bar pressure.

The technical key data of the burner technology are as follows: Ratio control 1:10, O2 values in the exhaust gas over the entire load range of 1 – 2 VOL-% and NOx nitrogen oxide emissions of less than throughout the whole load range 80 mg/kWh.

Additionally dreizler® also got the order for the complete system control and the visualisation of the steam boiler. According to the specific customer requirements these services were performed in excellent quality by our long-term and experienced partner S&A Steuerungstechnik GmbH.
