Typical Applications
•    Rotating equipment monitoring and analysis
•    Rotating equipment preventive maintenance
•    General purpose vibration
Options

The REMS-100 is a stand-alone system in a NEMA-4 enclosure. The base system includes a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Additional options include:
•    19¨ rack mount accessories
•    Expandable to 144 channels per system
•    Multi-system configuration available
•    Networking option allows complete control and analysis from remote Client PC.
•    Internet-based client access
Hardware

The REMS-100 system is supplied as a stand-alone, compact system that collects, analyzes and publishes data locally or over Ethernet. Multiple display clients located at remote facilities can connect to one REMS-100 server and request data to be displayed in various formats. The system is based on National Instruments PXI platform and the NI 4472 dynamic acquisition cards.

Software

The REMS-100 LabVIEW-based software allows users to easily configure a monitoring system to record and analyze machine-rotating parameters such as vibration levels and frequency, angular speed and rotational displacement.

The software includes complex software routines to perform tachometer analysis, data re-sampling and filtering, zoom FFT, averaging, windowing and more. The display software includes sophisticated plotting capabilities such as orbit plots, order spectra and 3D waterfall plots.
