We collect information about you when you register to attend one of our events or to receive one of our magazines.

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you in order to process your subscription request, event registration, manage your account and to email you about other products and services that we believe may be of interest to you.
If you have subscribed to one of our magazines we will use your data to fulfil this subscription. We will also store contact details so that we can alert you of any changes to your subscription and to inform you when your subscription is coming to an end.
If you have registered to attend one of our events we will use your information in order to send information relating to the event, including your attendance badge. We will also hold this information so that we may inform you when next year’s event is and when you will be able to register to attend.
Your data will be held for 5 years, the length of a subscription is 3 years, this allows 3 years of subscription one year to renew and another year for last chance to renew. Event data will also be held for this time, this is due to a 5 year attendance cycle.
We may share your personal data with a third-party auditing organisation (BPA) so they can verify aggregated statistics about circulation and usage of our products or review our policies, processes and procedures for compliance with relevant standards.

Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to marketing you may opt out at a later date.
We may also market to you certain products that we feel will be relevant to you or your business.
