The trust has an existing rooftop chiller that has failed and needed a quick solution to supply air conditioning to their Outpatients and Ear, Nose & Throat departments.

The whole project from delivery, contract crane lift, on site works, electrical installation and commissioning of the system were all handled by the Watkins Hire project manager. They could also install at the weekend to prevent any disturbance to our day to day running of the hospital. Along with the fact that the chiller supplied was the most energy efficient from the alternatives the whole project sold itself”
