perma NOVA has many great advantages. It offers continuous, temperature independent lubrication and lubrication periods from 1 to 12 months. It is also ex-proof certified and extremely user friendly.

We optimized our field approved and successful electro-chemical drive by adding another component. This new component automatically off-sets any temperature fluctuations.

For operators this means that perma NOVA can be used for applications that require dependable and optimized lubrication especially in areas with considerable temperature variations like in the food industry. The innovative control unit allows the user to select and easily program discharge periods from 1 to 12 months. And selected discharge periods can quickly be changed at any time in order to meet current lubrication requirements.

Its reliable function at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to
+60 °C ( -4 °F to +140 °F) makes perma NOVA ideal for the lubrication of belt conveyors, electric motors and chains. It is quickly installed, programmed and can be exchanged at any time.

perma NOVA will increase equipment reliability and minimize  maintenance runs. It also increases workplace safety as it reduces the time that maintenance workers have to spend in dangerous areas. All of this leads to a significant reduction of maintenance costs.
