PLANT FILE
The plant file holds the information that You need to hold on your Equipment, Plant, Buildings or Services.
INSTRUCTION FILE
Regular, scheduled tasks that you carry out on your Plant items. These can be Inspections, Checks, Routines, PM's or Overhauls. The task detail held in here can be printed out on work orders.
SPARES
Inventory of the spares that are used on your equipment, plant, buildings or services.
All jobs can be processed through the ACTIVE WORK LIST, the working heart of Workmate.

Workmate has the tools to produce reports and graphs, from a simple report on the life-cost of an asset to a graph showing how your manpower is being utilised.
HISTORY
All information collected is stored in History. It can then be searched and a report produced.
TOP TEN REPORT
Run the top ten report to identify which assets contribute the most breakdowns or the worst downtime. Run this report against any criteria you wish.
BREAKDOWN ANALYSIS
Against any user defined criteria this report identifies recurring faults.
FUTURE MAINTENENACE
Will predict peaks and troughs of scheduled work, so you are warned early of resource requirements.
